This Privacy Notice (“The Notice”) govern the MIDEALS services (in this Notice we refer to
ourselves as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) and has been put in place to give you the assurance and peace
of mind regarding how we go about using and protecting your information. It must be read in
conjunction with our Terms and Conditions that you can find on our website here. We will explain
how our organisation uses the personal and special personal information (“Information) we
collect from you when you make use of the MIDEALS Platform and/or the Service(s). It also gives

ABOUT THIS SERVICE
MIDEALS (Pty) Ltd ("we, us, our”) is a lead generation company. MIDEALS connects its subscribers to
deals and offers directly to you, making it easy and convenient to find the best and most relevant
offers in a simple and convenient way. By subscribing to MIDEALS you agree to our terms and
conditions and this Privacy Notice.
As a subscriber of MIDEALS, we will send you marketing material, or connect you with our 3rd Party
Providers to keep you updated and informed about deals and offers on loans, phones, financial
services, automotive, mobile subscription, debt management, in-store credit, health, legal,
lifestyle industries and much more. These offers constitute our “Services” and will be brought to
you directly via various communications channels such as our website, SMS, AVM, whatsapp,
telemarketing.
‘3rd Party Provider’ means any one or more third party product or service providers that we will put
in touch with you to offer you goods or services that you may be interested in.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and current information, and not to impersonate or
misrepresent any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with
anyone or anything. Failure to adhere to this requirement will entitle the Company, among other
things, to terminate your use of the MIDEALS Platform and/or the Service(s).
LEGAL AGE AND CAPACITY
You may not use the Service and may not accept this Notice if you -
• lack the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us;
• are a person who is not permitted to access or use this Service under the laws of the country in
which you are resident or from which you access the Service; or
• require the consent of a guardian or parent to competently agree to this Notice and have failed to
obtain that consent.
By using the Service and/or content made available to you through the Service (“Content”) you
represent and warrant that you are of full legal age, or are emancipated or have your guardian’s
consent to enter into a contract being our terms and condition and this Notice.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Service;

As a subscriber of MIDEALS, our Services to you include ensuring we keep you informed about new
products, promotions, special offers and other information, which we think you may find interesting.
This marketing material will include special offers and deals sent by us or our 3rd Party Providers.
You may opt-out of our direct marketing campaigns at any time, at which point we will not send you
any direct marketing material related to a specific service or associated campaign.
As a subscriber you agree that we may send you such marketing communications by various social media
and electronic communication channels, including, but not limited to SMS, E-mail, AVM and Telephonic
Calls.
Should you decide to opt out of all or any direct marketing received from us, you can register on
the national do not contact list which can be found on www.dmasa.org. Please keep in mind however,
if you Enquire about us to contact you again after you have registered with the DMASA we will give
effect to your specific request for us to contact you.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you use the Service, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from
your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the
page you requested.
We mostly use this data in aggregate form and we may provide this aggregate information to our
clients about how our customers collectively use the Service, so that our clients may also
